About me
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of procurement, but IT procurement is where I thrive. It’s a constant learning curve, understanding business processes, technical requirements, and how vendors structure contracts to create lock-in. I love the intensity of negotiations and that moment when the balance shifts back to the client.
I’ve worked exclusively in Switzerland. This is where I want to continue making an impact, supporting mid-sized to large enterprises with an IT annual spend ranging from CHF 10 to 50 million, where I know I can confidently add value.
In my work, I typically bridge IT, legal, finance, procurement and operations teams, keeping things moving forwards. Being external to your organisation is actually an advantage: I stay focused on one thing only: delivering results that matter to you.
Let’s talk about the challenges you’re facing. I’m looking forward to learning about your specific situation and tailoring a solution that works for you.
How I work
Listening first
I start by understanding your technology roadmap, vendor challenges, and strategic priorities. This ensures we’re aligned with what actually matters to your function, aiming to deliver quick wins whilst building long-term value.
Assessing and executing
Through discussions with your teams and analysis of your vendor landscape, we identify opportunities and execute a clear, measurable plan. From spend diagnostics to contract optimisation, every initiative is designed to deliver results you can see.
Thinking like your vendors
I understand how suppliers structure their pricing, prioritise clients, and manage margins. This insight lets me anticipate their moves and negotiate the best possible outcomes for you, both commercially and contractually.
Creating constructive tension
I strengthen your vendor ecosystem by introducing healthy competition and performance accountability.
This reduces dependency, drives cost efficiency, and improves service quality across your key partnerships.
Staying pragmatic
Every solution must fit seamlessly into how you already work. I bring focus and discipline without adding bureaucracy or extra workload to your teams. If it’s not practical, it’s not worth doing.
