When new investments arise or existing vendors underperform, I manage the complete RFP process: requirements gathering, vendor identification and engagement, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization. You provide input and make final decisions; I handle execution.
SaaS & Cloud Optimisation
I continuously monitor your software portfolio to identify shelfware (unused licenses), redundant tools, optimisation opportunities (right-sizing, reserved instances), and consolidation possibilities. Regular audits ensure you're not paying for what you don't use.
